Terms & Conditions
Last updated · June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern all spray tan services provided by AMBREA (formerly Look So Tanned) to its clients on the French Riviera. Any booking confirmation implies the client's full acceptance of the present T&Cs.
Services
AMBREA offers luxury mobile spray tan services performed by appointment at the client's villa, hotel suite or yacht. Each service is tailored to the client's skin tone and preferences. Vegan and cruelty-free formulas are used exclusively.
Booking
Bookings are confirmed by exchange via WhatsApp, email or the website's contact form. A booking is firm only once a confirmation is sent by AMBREA. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
Prices & Payment
Prices are communicated upon booking and are expressed in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made on site at the end of the service, by bank card or any other means accepted by AMBREA.
Cancellation
Any cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Beyond this period, AMBREA reserves the right to invoice 50% of the planned service to cover travel and time reserved.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personal care services performed on a date or within a defined period. By confirming a booking, the client expressly acknowledges this exclusion.
Client Responsibility
The client undertakes to follow the preparation and aftercare advice provided by AMBREA in order to ensure an optimal result. AMBREA cannot be held responsible for a result altered by failure to follow these recommendations.
Liability
AMBREA's liability is strictly limited to the amount of the service in question. The maison cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction in the absence of prior disclosure of allergies or contraindications by the client.
Applicable Law & Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, the competent French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the client may also have recourse to a consumer mediator.
